Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Cowgirls Cove! We stand behind the brands that we carry and hope that you love the items as much as we do. However, if there is an issue with your order, we're here to help!

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return:

  • Email our customer service team at hello@cowgirlscove.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
